How much will I really save?+
You see it before you pay. Drop in one statement and the read-out names every fill charged over your quote, in dollars, and the cheapest stop you already use in each state. One fleet's first statement: 207 fills over the sheet price, CA$15,373 back, and 47.8 cents a gallon between two stops it was already using. Once the fleet is running, the month's overpayment and savings sit on the home page as a running total.
Is my network covered?+
It works on the vendors and cards you already have; nothing changes at the pump. Price files from over 50 vendors across the United States and Canada are read today, truck stop chains and cardlocks both, and statements from any fuel card. A format it has not seen is still read on arrival and gets its own reader within 24 hours.
What stops a driver abusing it?+
Every fill on every statement goes through four checks: more fuel than the tank holds, two fills too close together, fuel off the truck's route, and the wrong product on the card. The flagged fills are listed with the transactions behind them, you decide each one, and the letter to the vendor is written for you. Plainly: checks run when the statement lands, not at the pump, and this is not a fuel card. It is the layer on top of the one you have.
Does it talk to my ELD, card and accounting?+
Statements from any card and price files from any vendor load themselves by email, so nothing is re-keyed. Samsara, Motive and Geotab connect for the route check and the driver list, in beta. Everything comes out as Excel or CSV for accounting, and the IFTA report is fuel by jurisdiction across every vendor in one file.
Is the AI going to make decisions for me?+
No. It reads files, matches fills to prices and points at what looks wrong. Every flag is yours to decide, Ask Mr.Diesel answers from your own fills and shows which ones, and nothing is sent to a vendor or a driver unless you send it.
What does it cost after the trial?+
